ABOUT
C&H Plastics is located in Dandenong South, Victoria. We currently have ten moulding machines that range from 60T to 650T that can accommodate shot sizes anywhere from 30g to 3.5kg.

We have invested in automation to remain competitive in a global market. We design all end of arm tooling in house and are proven industry experts in moulding engineering polymers. Our moulding and management team have a combined 100 years experience moulding across a wide range of industries including automotive, medical, homewares, electronics and electricity.

Die Design
Utilising strong and proven relationships with die manufacturers, we can co-ordinate the design and manufacture of dies of all sizes and complexity. All aspects of die design from costing, flow paths, robot access are considered to minimise up front and and ongoing costs
Injection Moulding
We can mold anything from a 30g - 3.5kg shot size across our ten injection moulding machines that range from 60T-650T. We are experienced using wide range of engineering polymers , including polycarbonate, polypropylene, ABS, PBT, Nylon, polyethylene, and thermoplastic elastomers. We also have capability to mold thermosetting polymers.
Automation
We are experts in automation to reduce cost, improve quality and allow machines to operate long after workers have gone for the day. We have extensive in-house experience manufacturing end of arm tooling and developing off the machine automation such as remote sprue cutting, sorting and punching of parts

Multiple cavity tool was designed in conjunction with customer for optimal cost efficiency. Remote sprue cutting and granulation allows for maximum material usage
Robot Sorting of Multi Cavity Tool

Significant cost savings have been realised using end of arm tooling to allow granulation of sprues to minimise material wastage and to index different parts on conveyors to eliminate manual sorting. Human error in sorting has also been eliminated.
